Yikes! The main hospital doesn't come CLOSE to the quality over the hill at UAB and UAB Highlands. The Women's Hospital is MUCH better than the main. :-(
Eat before you come, Cafeteria prices are steep for what you get.
Ask cashier for discounted parking booklet. Cheaper than 3:00 a pop

Great free wifi in the waiting area. Get in the chair against the wall by the lamp. It has a wall socket next to it.
