I currently am a LEGAL guardian to a patient in the psych unit. She has been there an entire week without any staff contacting me, but they released information to 2 other ppl who aren't even relatives. They have refused any information. The staff is rude and break laws as they see fit.
He actually takes time and genuine concern. I highly recommend!!
Great facility and professional. They will not give you any information unless you have that four or five digit number from the patient. Treats all their patients with love and care and they are very concerned about your well being.
