Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Will be changing doctors.
No one will answer the phone and when they do it is impossible to make an appointment or get help. The supervisor, Lasandra will not even call you back.
It is impossible to make an appointment here. I’m following Dr Uhrig from grandview and I’ve been trying to make my appointment since April and every single time I get “someone will call you” and I’m due for my Botox treatment for migraines next week and doubt I receive it on time since I can’t get anyone to schedule me. VERY FRUSTRATING.
They are nice people but they have canceled my appointments twice at the last minute I get things come up unexpected but waiting to the day of someone's appointment to cancel a patients appointment is not very good practice please communicate to patients in the future a day or two before
