I really felt like I was not listened to nor my concerns addressed.
I really felt like I was not listened to nor my concerns addressed. Instead I received testing that I felt was unnecessary and did not address my concerns. When I finally was able to see a specialist (who I had asked to be referred to and was denied) they confirmed what I had suspected and I received much much better care. I hate that the provider is being paid for my visit despite spending less than 5 minutes with me and asking about 2 questions.
I do not know why a few people are listing negative visit experiences. I go to the office in Cahaba Heights, Dr Lippard for 5 years and both the staff and doctors are great. Maybe they are talking about an office in another city.
Very competent! They take their time to evaluate all problems. Friendly and caring.
