I had a HORRIBLE experience at this clinic. I showed up at my appointment time as provided by text confirmation and they denied seeing me as the doctor “had already moved on.” The front office staff was not understanding or kind. They were awful. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, understanding and care.

Here is the problems I had with this clinic, not saying this clinic was bad or something, but the problem I encountered so far: 1. the referral to a specialist was given to patient but never submit to the insurance company, causing extra charges; 2. A x-ray request that needs is request from last two visit to primary physician and still no response from them for two month, we need its result for the next visit so the primary physicial could give it diagnosed, but two vists was there for nothing. 3 .refered us to a place that... read more

First of all they have moved!! I am directionally challenged, so I posted a picture with directions to easily find it. Go behind the big building to the back parking lot and you will see their waiting room through the glass windows. There's a walk way and it's the office to the right. Can't miss it! I have been going to Brookwood Primary Care in Cahaba Heights for years now! I used to see Kat O'Neal and now I see Lisa Looper the NP as my Primary and she ALWAYS listens to me at our appointments and responds to my portal messa... read more
