First time with them they could not hit a vein for iv. Tried a couple of times even had two nurses at once checking both arms could not seem to figure something out. No infusion sent home. Was supposed to go tomorrow for a second attemtpt and second chance a year later to be not contacted the day before so I called all day and finally got somebody on the phone who said they do not supply oxygen for patients who are on oxygen full time or really anything other than emergency use. Even though I was 5 minutes or so late to my first infusion appointment, staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse, Melissa, was one of the quickest and least painful I have had to get the IV started (and I have plenty of experience)! The private room I chose to be closest to the bathroom was comfortable and had what I needed for my 3 1/2 hour stay. I especially appreciated the snacks provided for me and my husband to enjoy and he enjoyed the coffee too. Such a treat to be finished with what used to be an all-day ordeal. Tha... read more
