The team here at brookwell is always so caring and loving team they always are will to help me 1000/10 highly recommend best part of my 3 months infusion experience I followed them from Kingsport
Johnson City Brookwell location is the best infusion center I have ever used. They are so efficient and friendly. Karlie, Melissa and Hayley are the best of the best. The financial department could use some work but those 3 make up for it.
First time with them they could not hit a vein for iv. Tried a couple of times even had two nurses at once checking both arms could not seem to figure something out. No infusion sent home. Was supposed to go tomorrow for a second attemtpt and second chance a year later to be not contacted the day before so I called all day and finally got somebody on the phone who said they do not supply oxygen for patients who are on oxygen full time or really anything other than emergency use. Haley was so kind and professional. She did a great job at making a patient feel comfortable and at ease.
