Very well maintained facility and clean. Staff is very cordial and helpful. It is not a dark gloomy place but friendly and fairly friendly looking. The temperature is a little too cool for me.but a blanket is offered. Thank you!!

Johnson City Brookwell location is the best infusion center I have ever used. They are so efficient and friendly. Karlie, Melissa and Hayley are the best of the best. The financial department could use some work but those 3 make up for it.
First time with them they could not hit a vein for iv. Tried a couple of times even had two nurses at once checking both arms could not seem to figure something out. No infusion sent home. Was supposed to go tomorrow for a second attemtpt and second chance a year later to be not contacted the day before so I called all day and finally got somebody on the phone who said they do not supply oxygen for patients who are on oxygen full time or really anything other than emergency use.
