Have lived here for over a year and everything was okay the first year. Renewed our lease in April and everything changed. They drained the pool with no warning and have yet to fill it. Haven’t mentioned anything about it being closed but everyday we go up there to see if we can use the only amenity we pay for. Theirs roaches everywhere no matter how much we clean. So far living here was the worst mistake I ever made..I haven't even been here 3 months. And ready to move out..there are roaches and mold and they don't fix anything..don't let the new black appliances fool you . The parking lots n sidewalks are full of trash..loud music all the time..it's been a nightmare living here.. wish I had known better so please beware when renting places..
I’ve lived here almost a year now and have had multiple issues within the apartment. one being my air. it has been out twice since living here and took over a week to get a hold of anyone to fix. There were roaches when I initially moved in but have since got it solved. The pool has been drained and yet to be cleaned or refilled and we are now past Memorial Day.
