Ms.Tasheba is very professional my apartment is lovely and I’m excited to move in , she very helpful , informative, and all around a sweet individual. I enjoyed every moment speaking with her definitely a people’s person . Did I not mention I love my apartment. Don’t go off reviews come see for yourself!!!
Tried to rent an apartment here. Told them I needed to move in in 3 days. Filled put an app, and they took my deposit. I then found out that a unit wouldn't be available for a week or longer even though they advertised over 10 vacant apartments. Avoid at all costs

Roaches take over your apartment no matter how clean you are and crawl out of the cracks of your walls. Pest control is useless the lady who work in the office is rude. The maintenance guys are good on top of the repairs but the upkeep of the Apt is trash. Alot of shooting as well
My ceiling was sparked like arm I washed my arm see the brown area would stop it from dripping. January 24 this morning it slashed on back of toilet and on to my right I wash my arm and the ceiling looks like it is bubbling to fall I sent work that it was still dripping the day after maintainable can over no one has been out tohe.p this problem go away my bathroom smell and can not get rid of odor
