This realtor has poor customer service skills. I viewed a home this weekend, my realtor emailed him multiple times each day to get a simple answer. He NEVER replied to any call or e-mail and he NEVER updated the listing to state offers were due by last week. Even now, the listing still says active, although an offer was accepted. I guess the buyer's time and emotions are not as important as his making a buck!
