Dr Keyes is a great surgeon. Every surgery he has performed on my mom he did a great job with. But Brooks hospital overall I'm not pleased with. The floor was filthy, especially under her bed and there was a lot of dust blowing out of her heater. So therefore the cleaning dept needs a lot of work but the surgeon and nurses were great

My daughter had emergency surgery to remove her gallbladder. All the staff was very nice, my daughter was treated well. Dr. Askari the surgeon was grea a son was the gastrointestinal Dr Alam The nurses were all very nice to my daughter and the care was great

My mother was there under hospice restpa the end of July while waiting for a bed in a nursing home. Her right side was parelized and she couldn't feed herself or move in the bed. I asked at least 4 times if someone could help her eat and they refused. The front of her gown was covered with dried on food and her sheet was filthy. Nobody bathed her or changed her position. There were hardly any patients in there and the nurses stood around and talked rather than take care of my mom. My mom died 6 days later in a wonderful nurs... read more
Sever shoulder pain waited hours in emergency room.......and still waiting
Just had the most wonderful nurse for my pre-op appointment today! She took the time, not only to talk with me about my surgery, but to get to know some of the personal details of my life as well. She put my mind completely at ease about my surgery...and my upcoming wedding. I am very much appreciative, and it made my day so much better❤
Thanks to the GI staff on the second floor. Dr. Askar's team is great! A special thanks to Rosa who does everything in her little area and to Missy as well. And to the nurse who took care of me before I was sent back to Rosa, you were kind and very good as well. Sorry that I didn't get your name.
