Went to the ER right after work @ 5 pm. I was seen in triage rather quickly & then I waited & waited & waited. I was finally taken back to the "fast track" area at roughly 10 pm ish. My nurse, Sarah, was very friendly & knowledgeable about what was going to happen. Amy the PA was exceptional! She explained everything in language that was easy to undestand. Even tho I was there for 6 hours, I was treated with respect & care.
horrible staffin today. was at the hospital for 2hr 30 min. on a bed with pain and no body came and see me they took my blood pressure when I arrive and that it. 2hr and 30 min. later i walk out of the hospital to the front desk and ask for the complaint number and no body want to give it to me. and they wants me to go back to my room. even the people next to me told me how wrong that was, I forgot to ask for their name to support me on my report.. The nurses on tonight are really nice and attentive. I hope new hospital new Doctors. I hope they start with Dr. Barnes, tonight has been the WORST CARE I have ever gotten at brooks. I will be making a complaint!!!
Shit hole
That we have a local facility to treat our family, friends and neighbors. Getting to Brooks in a few minutes vs an hour to Buffalo could mean life or death. And the care in Buffalo isn't any better.
