I had been on the hunt for a 2008/9 Hummer H-2 for over a year that would be in Cherry Condition with reasonably low miles , I found that vehicle at Brooks , Sam was very personable and professional , we went on a test drive and he let me check out anything I wanted on the vehicles operation , the vehicle was in outstanding condition ! I purchased the vehicle and am happy with the vehicle. The dealer was quick to respond and the listing was accurate. On-site experience was also decent. However, I was not happy that when I picked up the vehicle the gas tank was literally empty. I had to stop at a gas station before getting on the fwy because I would not have made it home. Also, the vehicle was low on oil and the oil was really dirty. I had to take it the following day for an oil change. Sent inquiry around 10pm; got response via email NTD next by next business day. Also got follow up text to schedule an appointment/test drive.
they were shady and rude. I also had a medical emergency while there and they really didn't care to assist my wife. the next day while at the hospital, they called to see if I still wanted the car bcuz that was all they cared about.
