Brooks is a beautiful, exciting, and lively place to live and work. All of the new development is making Brooks THE place to be!
I would give these apartments 0 stars but apparently you can't have "stinky" trash when you put out your trash on trash day. I didn't know that trash was supposed to smell like roses?!? Why don't they worry about real problems like birds nesting around people's apartment doors and flying in! And how there's trash in the hallways in the buildings and how they never keep up with fixing the treadmills at the gym!! Then the mgr calls and gives us a warning for having stinky trash along with a side of attitude!
My beautiful apartments, the landings on Brooks city base, are as perfect as can be I❤ Brooks city base!
I was stationed at Brooks AFB in the 1960's and was happy to visit it again recently. I'd like to see the one remaining F100F Super Sabre from Brooks returned from a German museum, or another one acquired and placed near Hangar 9 or at the base entrance, as the F-100 was an integral part of Brooks history. It was an important part of the School of Aerospace Medicine, and I was privileged to fly in it. We had three F-100F airplanes assigned to the School and were flying them out of Kelly AFB.
