Poor oversight allows San Antonio animal control to call the shots in concealing animals from the public at their restricted shelter. If you are a dog, you go to Brooks City-Base to die.
Reminds me of Hitler, get rid of Castro! This place is unbelievably horrid and evil! It makes me cry to think of all the lost dogs and good friends that were put to death here out of stupidity! They were never given a fair chance to have a forever loving home or to help a Veteran.
Brooks name has been stamped on the controversial closed Hi Kill Animal Shelter that is on the property. Brooks City-Base community could thrive with forward thinking, modern plans of closing down this facility. To be represented as a compassionate, eco friendly environment is a sign of the future!
