I love living in Brooks. Words don't explain the great businesses they have and residential community. The family event they have as well make it that much more better!!!
I live in city base . Military dr and Goliad , there is a lot of homeless people walking in the Middle lanes asking for money in the morning & late night. There also homeless people living under the bridge. Drinking doing drugs . It is very filthy. There are dirty clothes everywhere. The city needs to clean up their act. I am very frustrated and pissed off. I call 311 every week about the panhandlers . It makes our city very disgusting .. if you don't do nothing about it I will call the news my self . I'm a taxpayer.
