We moved to Brooks area 3 years ago and we love where we live. The park at night is so peaceful. There's so many restaurants and stores around you. Why go anywhere else!

Brooks area is very nice and the new park behind the Kennedy apartments was beautiful when it first opened but it hasn’t been maintained since then. Grass is very high, the small lakes look like swamps instead and from what I understood they planned for there to be a large grass open area but it’s still undeveloped.
Will they ever open New Braunfels St to connect to I- 410. I love how its coming along.
It’s really coming along nicely. We definitely need a Hobby Lobby, and a music school. All the music schools are good drive away. Please bring a music school to Brooks 😊🤞🏽💕🎹🎧🎼🎵🎶
Love � living on my SE Brooks neighborhood! Everything is here! Really love all the growing our lil area has been doing, I especially enjoy all the events held in Brooks so close to home. Keep up the good work!
