I love living here. The apartments are really nice and it's a close friendly community and the events they have here make it even better! The pool and hot tub are just an added bonus! #lovewhereyoulive
We moved in a few months ago and have enjoyed our experience so far! It is a quiet area, the apartments are taken care of, and the staff has been friendly and helpful.
I have loved the short time I’ve lived at Brookridge so far! The office staff is so helpful, I love all the community events, and the apartment is so nice and well kept!
The took all the deposit and charged extra when we moved out. It is ridiculous. When we moved out, they wanted everything looked like brand new. They charged for even little water marks, which were there before we moved in. They said they charged for them because I did not put notes about the marks in the report when we moved in. Who would pay attention to small marks, and even you paid attention, who would put it in the report? It is an old apartment, it is natural to have small marks and dents. They took advantages of it.
