RecommendedBrookridge Heights was a great first home for my wife and I! We lived there for 4.5 years before buying our first home. In addition to the convenience of the location and the exceptional facilities, the staff was always exceptional to work with and very attentive!

I recommend everything about this apartment complex! It’s the best one I’ve ever lived at. The personal is amazing, they have so many great amenities including food trucks and the space is amazing! I truly love where I live!
I’ve lived at Brookridge for just over three years now. The location is very convenient, and the staff have been helpful. They have always been very quick to address any maintenance issues and have remained responsive to inquiries. Their prices are more expensive than some some other options, but I believe you get what you pay for.
After experiencing some less than great apartment living throughout my college years, I knew it was time to "Treat Myself" to the best place to call home that I could afford once I started my "Big Girl Job". Brookridge Heights has friendly staff, great amenities, and beautiful apartments. They help create a wonderful community that is welcoming and has provided me with wonderful friends in the year that I have lived here. My husband and I started searching for an apartment few months ago .After searching a few weekends, I was so happy to find Brookridge Heights. I’ve lived at Brookridge for about a year and a half now and it’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived. The staff is also super friendly and very helpful, they’re also quick about responding which is always great. The apartments are beautiful, clean, have great accommodations and i love the pool/gym! 10/10 would recommend again
Jeramey has been so helpful..today I took my friend over to see where I’m moving and Jeramey was so great about showing my friend the model of my apartment. I’m look forward to my new home at Brookridge heights
I have had such a great experience living here! Jeramey was super helpful is ensuring that I had a lease that made sense for me providing I’m only in Bloomington until mid December! Such a great place for students who don’t want to craziness of living right on campus! The pool/ hot tub, fitness center and other great amenities were just a cherry on top!
