RecommendedWhen I was looking for an apartment I stopped in at Brookridge Heights and was introduced to Jackie Young. She took the time to show me what was available and what was in my budget. I love my apartment and all of the amenities that go with it. Jackie always see that whatever my needs are in relation to the apartment are taken care of. They always have fun activities going on and Jackie is usually right there cheering on the group.
I am here working on a temporary assignment. so far I have not had any issues. Jeramy Lowery was very professional, helpful and pleasant. I f you are looking for a nice place with a nice personality go see Mr. Lowery.
A few weeks ago, I went to Bloomington in Illinois and signed a 15 lease with Brookridge Heights. Brookridge Heights is a wonderful place to live in and has great amenities, I thought. The staff was very excellent, Mr. Jeramey Lowry in particular has been very kind and helpful in making the transferring process stress free. He is extremely professional, polite, and caring for whom I am so grateful! Thank you so much! 👍
I signed a 15 month lease with Brookridge Heights and loved everything about these apartments! I also found the staff to be extremely helpful, welcoming and caring..especially Ashlee, the assistant property manager!
I am a sales coordinator with VIP Corporate Housing and we recently reserved a unit at Brookridge Heights. I worked directly with Jamie in the leasing office and she was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning of the process. My office is in St. Louis and Jamie made sure that our client's new apartment was ready to go and kept us updated the entire time. Majorly overcharged for minor damages upon moving out and no leniency in said charges from the Assistant Manager despite having been a good resident who has spent a lot of money here and paid their bills on time every month.
The people that work here are so helpful and friendly, the neighbor itself is full of wonderful people. I love living here.
We have lived here the past year and a half and we love it. Quiet, spacious apartments for a good price. The Staff here is very nice and very attentive if you ever need anything. Definitely recommend!!
We have been living at Brookridge since July and love it so far!! It’s a quite & peaceful place to live, but also a fun environment. If you have any questions or need a leasing agent, go to Jamie! She was awesome at helping us find the perfect place to live :)
