Being a nationalist from a third world country, I have visited 17 countries in total and this is so far my worst medical experience, i walk into the center with bad pain, got register a the reception and was told to have a sit, and only to notice after 1 hour waiting that my name was misplace in the files, spend like 3 hours waiting before i can see a doctor even tho there wasn't a lot of people waiting and the doctor even left me hanging, went away and came back after over 45 minutes, i Have to leave because this was unbear... read more
Pretty much the worst doctor I've ever seen. I was kept waiting over an hour everytime. And one time they kept me waiting two hours before I saw a doctor. Ran a battery of tests that were unnecessary. And when I tried to pay my bill from home I was redirected numerous times and hung up on three times.the waiting room is dirty and overcrowded. I will say the women who handle check in are fantastic and always eased my anxieties. I now go to a clean hospital in Manhattan where my bills are easy to pay, the doctors have much bet... read more
