I had the worse experience coming here tonight, the nurses act like they don't care, I literally had to stand up in pain! the doctors is sarcastic!! And when I expressed how much pain I was in it was like ok whatever!! No genuine people here, no pain medication was offers to me or anything! I will be contacting the chief

THE BROOKLYN HOSPITAL WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE NURSES WAS A GREAT DEAL OF HELP TO ME. I DIDN'T FIND NO REASON TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE AT ALL.
This hospital transferred my mom OUT OF hospice to a medical floor despite saying she was openly "transitioning." Imagine my shock, as I thought the point of hospice was to help someone pass with dignity and peace. Then, without my knowledge, they chose and sent her to CNR, a nursing home I'd never heard of previously. They had my number, met me several times, but did not even call to say she was transferred. The ER care was ok, but if you go there, DO NOT PAY WITH INSURANCE. If you pay out of pocket, with no insurance, a basic visit will cost you $500; but if you pay WITH insurance, it will run you more than twice that. It sounds strange, but that's the way the insurance game works here.
