Techs- Williams and Joseph in Geriatrics did a great job. Nurse Marquez was also excellent. There was a Haitian nurse sound like Janieve?? did a good job for my mom. There seems to be such chaos at shift change. Some nurses are not reading the computer to know about the patients. Anyone who has an elderly family member in the hospital, please keep an eye on them. No one was helping my mom eat, we had to feed her and at one time had to clean her bottom because of short staff and the tech took 45 mins to come and take her off ... read more
