The care in the Emergency Room is excellent
2 hrs and 45 mins and still waiting to get my mother into surgery! This hospital is the worst I have EVER encountered! They've given us 3 different excuses already now is the computers fault! This is unacceptable!!! I get better medical attention/services on my dogs at their veterinarians office! Why didn't my mother go to a REAL hospital like Mamonaides Hospital!
THere needs to be better management at the top...badgering RN's is not the way to run a hospital...
