We love Dr. Lau and came to see her when her Brooklyn practice first opened after a traumatic experience at another dentist. It's been several years now and today, my son who rarely speaks his mind said as we left, "Mommy, she's really nice. She told me everything she was doing and showed me and it wasn't scary at all."
Dr. Lau and the staffs are so patient and friendly. My 3.5 year old boy is scared of all kinds of doctor/dentist visits. Today, we started the check up with huge screams, but finished off with a big smile. They made my kid feel so comfortable. He even wanted to join their team to help other kids. I highly recommend their service.
They handled my maniac 2 year old like pros for his first dental appointment ...thanks for the patience and professionalism!
