My 19 month old didn't even cry during his first teeth cleaning. The playroom where we waited was full of books and nice toys. The crocodile demonstration entertained my son. Dr. Lau was very gentle. There was a box of toys my son got to choose from and a sticker and goody bag afterward. A very pleasant dentist experience.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brooklyn Heights Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Lau. From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists to the amazing Dr. Lau, my daughter’s first visit experience was superior. First time we went she was very scared and they were only able to count her teeth which was quite a feat in itself and she left smiling and laughing. From the staff to the decor, there isn’t anything mediocre about this practice. They consider EVERYTHING about the experience of taking your child to the Dentist. You feel like family when you’re there and what more can you ask for regarding your child’s care?
My daughter was so sad with her injury in her mouth, but she felt so much better after we visited Brooklyn Heights Pediatric Dentistry. Staffs and Dr. Fikree were so helpful.
