Dr. Lau is awesome. We've been seeing her since our daughter got her first tooth. Always pleased with both the efficiency and the efficacy of the practice. We've recommended her numerous times.
Fantastic office. The entire staff is very friendly and has a very special way with children. My son definitely falls into the category of very nervous patient and they are always so accommodating with him. Dr. Lau is fantastic as well. We had been to other pediatric dentist offices before and didn't have great experiences. So glad we found BHPD. Highly recommend.
The best pediactric dentist I have ever encountered. From the beginning to the end superb.
Dr. Lau and her team were exceptionally warm, inviting, thorough and clearly care about what they do. I brought in a 3 year old and a 1 year old, we were seen immediately and finished in about 30 minutes. Can't beat that! There is a great little play room, screens above the chairs to keep the kids entertained / distracted. I am in awe of the technicians and hygienists at Brooklyn Heights Pediatric Dentistry. Their patience, kindness, and skill are just incredible. They took the time to make my skittish son completely comfortable. He is now excited to visit the dentist each time. I'm so grateful that my kids are in their capable hands
We have had all good experiences here. They have a great set up with movies for the kids and sunglasses for the lights. Their office is fun. Today my son had to have a wiggly (but stubbornly attached) tooth pulled. Dr. Lau did a great job of numbing him with gel then a quick injection- he never saw the needle and barely noticed it was happening (and believe me he would have freaked).
