This cafe was one of the first restaurants to bring the mixture of Manhattan chic and Southern comfort to the Atlanta dining scene. The interior is decorated in a comfortable modern style with photographic reminders of the borough. The place gets pretty busy and loud on weekend nights, but the service remains efficient, and the food more than makes up for the high decibels. Favorites include the hearty pasta dishes, the tender veal and the very extensive wine list. Call-ahead seating is offered instead of reservations.

My husband got smoked trout dip to start - large portion; we took half home; and the "Famous Reuben" with housemade sauerkruat. Our server, Dixie, challenged him to ... read more
We have girls night here every couple of months and I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. The food and service are always on point. Last night our waiter went out of his way to get the kitchen to make something for me that was not on the menu anymore. He was great and not only our waiter was great but every waiter in there that passed us or brought us food or greeted us. The place is packed with people with reservations and everyone is having a great experience. Thank you for always being the best Brooklyn ... read more
We enjoyed the scallops on risotto with butternut squash. Worth a trip for that alone!
I continue to be amazed by the delicious food and outstanding service I always receive at Brooklyn Cafe! The appetizers, entrees and desserts keep me returning every time I am nearby. I love the enclosed patio area any time of the year!
