I had my first visit with Dr. Khaled El Rafie today and it was a great experience! The space is beautiful and clean, the woman at reception was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor and staff were so friendly and engaging! They was virtually no wait time and I felt like I had a very thorough and informative visit.

The office is so welcoming and nice. Dr. Bass has done two fillings in recent years. Never felt a thing!

I am generally a little jumpy when it comes to the dentist, but the hygienists at Brookline Progressive Dental, as well as Dr. Bass, take care to explain everything they're doing before they do it. And they do their best to be as gentle as possible. I have sensitive teeth, and they always ask me to let them know if I'm feeling any pain. They do a great job, and put me at ease—as much as is possible in the dentist's office!
