I am always anxious when I go to the dentist, I don't like the lights shining on me and I don't enjoy foreign objects in my mouth. But, Kelly is so patient and explains every detail before she starts, so I relax. And then there's Dr. Kwak, she comes in and looks in your mouth and evaluates out loud as if she's speaking to your teeth. "Oh no, that's a chip, I can fix that. That looks really good , excellent." From the minute you walk in the beautiful and peaceful office space relaxes you. The receptionist was fantastic and truly went out of her by helping provide a copy of what my insurance actually does, and doesn't cover. Dentist was very nice during the consultation.

Thorough consultation I had a very pleasant and informative meeting with Dr. Kwak regarding cosmetic dentistry. My questions were answered, and their financial manager investigated my insurance coverage in the office visit, saving me time. The office itself is modern, beautiful and spotless.
