Very slow about repairs. The new management team is trying but very, very slow especially on things that are important for safety and health. Been here a year and a half and things that were reported on my move in report still have not been repaired.

Well They Are Pretty Good On Coming To Fix Things
The management is awesome, maintenance is fast at fixing problems, security is good, and the neighborhood is quiet compared to where we used to live. No regrets at all moving here!!
The new owners are really taking control and getting things done...and to think i was considering moving...
