This is the first apartment complex that I have ever heard of that do not have a maintenance man because nothing gets fixed until you sign a new lease. When you sign a lease here; what you see is what you get, this apartment complex is probably sponsored by Mega Motors Inc.
Management needs to care more about problems when they are reported. Maintenance is slow to respond if they respond at all. Management doesn't answer the phone. I've been calling for two days and they nor maintenance has responded. The phone keeps going to voice mail.
management is very SLOW!!
I like Booklawn Springs Apartments , I give it a 4 STARS IT IS A NICE PLACE REGARDLESS WHAT A 2 PUT UP THERE MUST BE HATERS OUT THERE AND JEALOUSY OH WELL
