My mother in law lived here for 4 years and made a lot of friends. One night the elevator (only one) was out and she took the stairs up to her 3rd floor apartment. There is only lighting on the landings. The actual stairs, at least 15 per flight, are very dark, and she ended up running into the wall and falling. She now has a brain injury, has had to re-learn to walk (still in wheelchair), feed herself, has memory problems, and the list goes on. She had to move to assisted living. Anyone who moves their loved ones into this community needs to be aware that if they pass away you are responsible for giving a 30 day notice! I was not even related to a resident that lived there and was made to pay a next months rent and give a 30 days notice! Then needed maintenance because a shut off was leaking and it was a huge inconvenience for them to come out after hours so I had to pay the expense of having it fixed!
