l am a retired general dentist and am a senior citizen. l have never been treated with more respect and care than l was by Dr Brooke. she changed my old crowns and placed new ones for me painlessly and with such expertise that only artisans can appreciate. l bow down to her as a colleague and recommend her to everyone who is lucky enough to be under her loving care. The office is clean, and very relaxing. Dr Brooke is so confident and for a good reason too...
I have been to Dr Mossaded for my crowns, Dr Mossaded is very gentle, I have been to other dentist who don't even come close. The office is lovely and very clean. I also recently had the teeth whitening done Wow it was worth the Money! I get so many compliments on my Smile)) I have read the negative reviews and I'm shocked ! You may have to wait but she certainly spend time with you ! Don't let the negativity keep you away!
Thank you Dr. Mossaded and staff! I have been going to Dr. M for years, I don't know how she does it but anytime I need any work done it not only is painless but she takes the time to talk you through the procedure.
I have had a fear of dentists since I was a young child. I came to Dr. Mossaded to have a filling done on my lower right side, not only was it painless she spoke to me during the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I was in shock how painless and fast the process was. I would recommend her again nd again to my family and friends. Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Mossaded and Staff!
As a patient of Dr. Mossaded's practice and a practicing physician myself, I can certainly say that her knowledge and expertise are excellent. She is highly qualified and has skilled hands. She cares deeply about the quality of her patient's care and follows up closely after procedures to make sure everything went well. Not good. Terrible experience. She kept me waiting in the chair for for 45 minutes. Finally came in, looked in my mouth for about a half second and said I needed two crowns and she has to call my insurance company. I couldn't believe that was the extent of my exam. I agree with the previous comments. She's rude and obnoxious. Run!
she is the rudest person i have EVER encountered both personally and professionally. i have reported her behavior. let's see how much longer she practices. shame on her. she does not act professionally and should treat others as she wishes to be treated.
I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Dr. M was the most caring and professional dentist I have seen. I predict some of the patients misinterpret her stern approach to being unprofessional or not caring, she is extremely competent and caring and will go above and beyond for her patients. I had a wonderful experience getting a root canal and crown.
Showed up multiple times to find out no Dr in. Long wait times, over half hour, no communication if app canceled or Dr running late. Incorrect ins billing. 15 min on hold for app scheduling almost every time, front desk constantly confused, this is the firs time I have eve written a complaint, this practice is so poorly run that I want to warn others.
