We have been going to Dr Mossaded and Healthcare 2000 for more than twenty years! She treats us with so much care and gentleness, and has the highest standards. We will be patients for life and are so grateful to her , and her staff.🙏
Great Doctor, and great staff. Not many offices that take my DMO insurance and care enough for their patients. Dr. Mossaded is great at explaining procedures and takes her time and is dedicated.
Whole experience has been a nightmare starting with no office manager. No clear explanation of coverage and cancelled meetings to discuss costs. This nightmare has been going on for over 6 months. I would NEVER recommend her or her rude staff to anyone. I have contacted the NJ State Consumer Affairs Dentistry due to her actions.
Not a good experience for me, left me in the chair for a very long time during procedure. Also cancelled appointments on short notice.
There is a shortage of staff, my daughters appointment to fill a cavity was cancelled by the office 20 minutes prior on 3 separate occasions and when we had a root canal follow up procedure they attempted to reschedule also 1 hour prior. If your ask a question the dr is rude and only wanted to discuss what she wanted to. The office staff was too busy texting while I was making an appointment for a follow up as well as when processing my credit card payment. When you walk into the office, greeting the workers with a smile, and they say , "you have blessed their day." ! Dr. Mossaded was great at explaining the procedures and making me feel comfortable with treatment. I recommend all my friends.
Dr. Mossaded and her staff are extremely friendly and perfect for people who are nervous or haven't been to the dentist in a while. It is a very relaxed environment, but at the same time, you know Dr. Mossaded takes her job very seriously and cares for her patients. A very inviting office. Dr. Mossaded was great at explaining the procedures and making me feel comfortable with treatment. The wait was a bit long but otherwise happy with service - L.G 7/15/16
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We get constant reminders leading up to our appointment, so there's no way to miss it. The doctor was thorough in answering all of the questions we had after the check-up. She explained follow-up steps and everything else we needed to know going into the next appointment. Like many offices, due to unforeseen events there's sometimes a long wait to see the doctor. However, the staff try their best to get everyone in on time and be accommodating.
