RecommendedAs a family member who is unable to visit during the Coronavirus emergency, I truly appreciate the daily briefing from Executive Director. We always know what is going on in the facility. Even though Mom is not always a reliable reporter of what is happening, I am not worried about her living conditions. Brookdale Northbrook is exhibiting grace under pressure. Thank you!
I’ve found Brookdale to be short on follow through in their assisted living area. They take very long to come when called - sometimes as much as 30 minutes when we press the button around my mothers neck. If you complain about caregivers, service worsens.
The Personalized care tailored for individual needs is our mission, and we do it well. We work very hard as a team to fulfill the needs and wishes of our residents and their families. I’ve been there since 2004 for a reason, it’s a great place to be whether you live or work there😍
I'm a private caregiver. To my suggestion and recommendation I found this facility perfect for seniors who can afford it. Nice surrounding , good food, excellent activities and well trained staff.
