RecommendedAssisted living care for my sister by all staff has been excellent! Director of nursing, all staff nurses, health support aides, as well as, kitchen and housekeeping staff are empathetic and caring to her needs. Administration has followed COVID19 guidelines diligently and keeps us updated with a daily newsletter. Brookdale Home health services for PT, OT and wound care also excellent. Brookdale Companion service has been excellent too.
This has been the most amazing experience for our family. My parents settled into Brookdale in January. The staff, the other residents...all were so welcoming. And the care was superb. Cut to the COVID-19 virus. I cannot tell you how safe, cared for, protected, and comforted our parents are. Communication with residents and families is frequent and transparent. I have seen the best of people in the worst of times, all to keep the most vulnerable safe. Thank you Brookdale!!

Brookdale has caring staff and care is tailored to the needs of each individual resident. I have been impressed by the management team's leadership and communication during the COVID-19 crisis, and they have managed to prevent widespread infection under difficult circumstances. My mom is here. Brookdale is compassionate kind caring. They have the best food and activities for many levels. They are responsive to family and know each of their names. Love them.
They are very kind and very caring toward there clients and there families. The communication is phenomenal. We get daily email updates informing us about what is happening and what they are doing for there residents to make life easier for them during these trying times. Whenever I go there to drop something off there is always a smile on everyones face and everyone is so helpful! I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of my mother in law. I know she is in good hands!
