Love all the residents and they would say the same 💯 but the Worst management to ever be employed for. Never has set staff ALWAYS short. Since my employment the EXecutive Director rarely come out of the office & doesn’t really interacts with the employees & when she does which is very rare there’s never a hello how are you.etc she will jus pass by like the employees are invisible. This place is great, clean bright and airy, the caregivers are wonderful, and my grandmother says the food is great. I love that they have so many activities, and the even have happy hour social! I recommend visiting around 330 on a Thursday or Friday ��
A big thank you to Marika and Aaron for the special service for my mom (Flo) on Saturday Jul 15. Mom's been in Brookdale/Anaheim for a year and a half and always comments that "the girls" take very good care of her. Great staff.
I love the staff here. Carrie is the go to gal. She runs things so smooth. Is patient with my staff and always prepared for the next step. I am really happy with the amount of experience she has . My friend has alheimers/ dementia. Very explosive episodes . Tries many things to return to what she wants to be in her mind. They work with her. And communicate with me. I love that and I so need that.
Last night we had gentleman running around floor nobody knew it nobody cared the front door of the building is standing wide open at 10:30 at night nobody there no one around but there it is open today we have things ripped off the wall on the third floor we have a rigs and signs knocked off the ceiling and we have a woman that's some poor equipped to handle this for douse she can't see anything doesn't see your nose in front of her face what are we going to do around here everything is torn out the people that live you're a... read more
My mom was bedridden before she came here. Yesterday she walked by herself to the store. The progress she's made is amazing and its specifically due to this facility and the assistance she receives on a daily basis. I couldn't be happier!
