I am very pleased with 7-day dental. I can always get an appointment that works around my schedule and the staff are always polite and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

Just wanted to thank Dr. Hoang for doing really great work, being patient, and always willing to do extra work on during the 2 appointments I've had with her. I would say though, that, the front desk would benefit from some customer service training. When patients walk into a dental office, many are nervous and uptight to be there, the front desk staff could be a little warmer and welcoming.
Timely, professional and couteous staff
I recently visited 7 Day Dental and had two very different experiences. On the first, when I had only a routine cleaning, I had a scheduled appointment and STILL had to wait more than 2 hours until they started, one in the lobby and almost 1 1/2 in the chair. I was not very impressed and was about to walk out, but still came back for a filling that was needed. We love Dr. Le. My son had a great experience with him. He really knows how to put little kids at ease and make them feel comfortable.
