I was there for 5 days and was very pleased with the hep I received. The staff were all wonderful, and both the group and individual therapy were great. I started my PHP with another hospital because it was much closer to my home, but I was "underwhelmed" at it so far. I most likly going to try to switch back to Brook Lane if they have space. The 50 minute drive is going to be worth it, so I can get the help I need
I would not recommend Brookelane to a PTSD with memory. I have missed some appt but have called because and made a complaint to Robin because I look forward to my calls. Well I could go to my appt one day because I was in the hospital the night before so I rescheduled and my appt was to be next week. Well my anniversary of my traumatic event is next week. And I just happened to go in and drop paperwork when I find out that I have been terminated. I even called Robin after and I have a recording of her being very rude to me o... read more
Brook lane has good intentions but there staff n doctors lack communication an lack one on one not ten on one I believe especially with kids they get used to an open up to one doctor an then another comes in an then they say something different sorry this isn't a real postive review just my review n opinion thanks brook lane for the extra stress you all put on my family

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me
