Brook Arbor Apartments is a joke! The apartment complex does not keep the premises clean as they should, especially the entry way of apartment building and stairs. It is overtaken by roaches, spiders, and centipedes. In addition this complex was one of very few in a 30 mile radius that had water included in your rent, but now decides to change that and make you pay for your water as an additional utility that you take on. Brook Arbor is a terrible place to live. Management changes constantly. They don’t take responsibility for apartment issues and you get what you pay for.
This complex is beautiful on the outside but go into the apartments and half the stuff doesn’t work, the other half as mold growing in it. We had our h vac unit leak and it started growing mold. All they did was paint over it. My AC vent didn’t work in my room for almost 3 years they did nothing till the end when they evicted us for no reason. My grandma was living there for 11 years and that’s how they treat her. This complex is now horrible. I feel bad for whoever moves into that complex and wants to pay for a small crappy... read more
