Her hours are terrible, her reception is even worse. They have no idea on what’s ever going on. I have two kids ages 3 and 1 and she never filled out their yellow card which gives us knowledge of which vaccines my kids received. When I asked for it to be done there was so much push back that I changed doctors. I highly recommend staying away from her practise. she doesn’t seem to want to be a doctor, she just wants to collect a cheque. There are a lot more better clinic out there by far.
She’s never available. They do not reply to emails, phone calls or voicemail. To make it even worse her number on her profile is not in service LOL. How this is allowed is beyond me!
Dr. Nisreen used to be a good doctor—used to. That is no longer the case. For someone in family practice, her hours are nothing short of outrageous. She seems to work no more than 3–5 hours a week, and even then, patients can’t rely on her being available. I had a scheduled appointment, yet both the doctor and her staff left early—again. This isn’t the first time, and unfortunately, I doubt it will be the last. They take advantage of the fact that family doctors are in critically short supply and operate however they please.... read more
