Quik visit
A little confusing as a VA patient. We are authorized urgent care for accute illnesses but when I came the clerk told me there were only emergency services available even though I had been directed by the VA to come there. I would have liked for the MSA to have asked other staff for clarification but they were adamant that they only had emergent care. I did end up being seen in a timely manner though so I did much appreciate that. I encourage MSAs to be trained on VA community care coverage and accepted.
I received the absolute worst physical of my life here. Unprofessional, incompetent, and no empathy whatsoever. They called to remind me to set up my annual after I had requested my records to be transferred and asked that I let them know if I did, and when I returned the call, were just as unprofessional as ever. Extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend.
The doctors at this felicity are caring and very thorough and explaining everything okay
