They are really good at what they do I would tell anyone to go there if they have car troubles
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the guys at Broken Spoke are. As a single mom with one vehicle any down time is not acceptable. They've never hesitated when there's been an issue to help diagnose and figure out how to solve the problem in the most economically efficient way possible for me. Especially huge thank you to them for today coming out in freezing cold temperatures to fix a flat tire for me. You guys Rock!
I always have a great experience here. The prices are great and everyone is so friendly. The manager Tim goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are taken care of.

I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to walmart for tires on a day that I needed to be in little rock for testing. I waited there for 2 hours to be told they werent able to put tires on my vehicle. I went to broken spoke and let me tell you the guys here went above and beyond to make sure my tires were fixed and new tires put on so that I could make it to little rock and pass that national medic test!! put on two new tires and they badly damaged my wheels. also broke off my tire pressure monitor and wouldn't replace it. AWFUL place. was also very rude to me when i wanted them to look at what they had done to my new wheels. need a picture? i've got them.
