our car woukd not start in the cold weather and was told it was the alternator. we had it towed to them on a Sunday afternoon and they had it working the next day and found that it was the starter. they worked with us over the phone on getting it fixed and getting it back to us and it did not take them forever to get it back to us. not leaving my sister's wheels & tires loose that's 100% dangerous and just awful pathetic business
well I have been doing business there for several years now but the last year and a half the quality of work has seriously declined.last several oil changes they spilled oil on exhaust manifold and didn't clean underneath resulting in oil spots on my drive. complained each time but no results. today was the last straw. my wife took my truck in for an oil change.
