Great Experience
Great job this week by Dr. McKinney in replacing a cracked crown. Great work from his assistants and everyone was very kind and accommodating.
My wife and I both got appointments within two business days, even as new patients! We have two children and they scheduled us for the same time, but took us back one at a time so we could take turns watching the kids. This was so helpful as we didn't need to get a baby sitter and I didn't have to miss work twice. The office is very clean, organized and pleasant to be in. The staff was so welcoming and polite. They make going to the dentist less terrifying! Wonderful help with financing and costs.
Not only received a great cleaning but had a cap applied to a broken tooth on same visit. Can not beat the service.
I am 66 years old.(translated: experience) I have "finally" found a dentist I am confident in and that I trust. I came to Dr. Brogdon for a second opinion and am so glad I went with the second opinion. I have been back a few times since my first visit and, nobody likes going to the dentist, but I always leave with that great feeling of knowing I have "finally" found a great dentist. I have been seeing Dr Brogdon since about 1995. Growing up in Baltimore my family Dentist was very good and did excellent work. When I left Baltimore in 1985 it was difficult to find a Dentist that did quality work that I had grown up with. I had many unsatisfactory dental procedures for years.
