I have lived in Brockton for almost 5 years and am very satisfied with this community. The office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, the location is great -\-\ only 5 minutes from Broad Ripple and 15 minutes from downtown or Castleton Square. Brockton has been a great place to live over the last year. I moved in last January, and I still love it! Maintenance is quick and painless, location is great, and the gym/pool area are very nice. I have loved living here over the past year, and the staff have made everything incredibly easy on my end. It has been an overall great experience.
I have lived at the brockton apartments for the past 2 years and I love it here! The staff are friendly and the maintenance workers are very timely with request which is something that's very important to me! For example, my key broke off in my door because the lock got hard to turn and within minutes maintenance was there to replace the whole lock! I’ve lived at Brockton for the last year and I have really enjoyed it here. The maintenance workers are super great, as well as very friendly! Amenities are always kept clean and up to date. Very safe community with lots of friendly neighbors. Tucked away in a really nice neighborhood that is very quiet!
Brockton is such a great place to live! What I love about living here is the amazing attentive staff, great facilities like the fitness center and pool and even a free dog park!! The area is safe and friendly, easy access to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to call home!
I Love living at Brockton because the office staff is quite simply the best in the business. Also I can honestly say the maintenance staff has friended my family. Everyone who works at Brockton is so personable and responsive it's ridonculous we ever lived at a complex anywhere else. Thank You Brockton!
I have lived in Brockton for over 11 years now. I love living here and recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet place to live. The location is also a plus. The ladies that work in the office (Lisa, Kellie, and Sarah) are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is top notch and always very professional. Javier , Aaron, and Griffin take great care of the properties. The pool, new dog park, and fitness center are great additions to an already warm community.
While living at Brockton, I was highly impressed with the professionalism showed by Lisa and her staff, Kellie, Sarah, Javier, Aaron and Griffin. I really hate that I had to leave but I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice place to stay within the city limits.
