IN FOR THE $ I tried to change to this office and was told unless I used their very expensive heart worm preventitive and over vaccinate I could not be a client. I was looking for a vet closer to home. I feel they are infor the money and will not accept people who do not want to get ripped off
G-R-E-A-T I have 2 doberman pincher male dogs. One was a rescue and the other i have had since he was a pup. Dr. James and staff have all ways been top notch when it comes to the quality of care that they gives my boys. From shots to stitches to ear cropping so far everything has been great. I will only use this doctor for my fur babies.
Dr James is simply the best!!!!! We will not use another vet. Dr James has been our vet for over 20 years. My dogs are my children. He treats them as such. I want only the best for them. The charges are competitive and the service is world class. He got one of my 4 pound puppies thru parvo. I recommend them to all of my friends.
Are you looking for an EXCELLENT veterinarian? I have been taking my animals to Broadway Veterinary Clinic since I moved to Knoxville TN in 1983. My aunt and uncle had always raved about Dr. Senter and Dr. James. My sister took her dog there, and I have recommended Broadway Veterinary Clinic to many friends. Dr. James loves his work, is very friendly and compassionate. I moved about 6 miles away and could have found a closer veterinarian, but I trust Dr. James and his staff. Compassionate care I am a 3rd generation patient of Broadway Vet. My grown children are 4th generation patients. Like Dr. Senter who founded the practice, Dr. James is compassionate and caring and thorough. He and his staff have taken care of our dogs, cats, iguana and snakes with clear explanations of problems and options. All you have to do is see them at work to know how much they care.
Poor Customer Service I had a 3:30 confirmed appt for my cat and sat in the lobby for over an hour before being called back (there was hardly anyone there). After weighing my cat they left me in the room for another 20 mins without an explanation. Finally I had enough and put my cat back in his carrier and told the lady at the front that I had already been there almost one and a half hours and was leaving. No apology or anything. Go to Central Vet as they actually care about and respect their customers.
Waiting ? Big Deal I have been going to Broadway Animal Clinic for about 2 years . At first I was a little leary cause I have worked with Veterinarians my entire life which is why I dont anymore . They are mostly cocky and arrogant and care more about the money than the pets . But Dr James proved me wrong which is rare lol . He took care of my pitbull which was diagnosed diabetic and for awhile it was crazy cause her numbers were outrageous and I had to call him twice a day to see what amount of insulin to give and he took m... read more
