Use somebody else! Do not do business with this company. The main problem is the owner, Richard Leaf. He is very rude when you point out problems or any remaining work that needs to be done. Broadway recently built a pool for my parents. They were told it would take 2 months and it ended up taking over 5 months to get the pool filled with water. Yellowbot listed us on their website as a member of Contractors.com - we did not put that and are not a handyman and that is not our phone number I am the owner of Broadway Pools and Yellowbot listed us on their website as a contractor or handyman under our pool building information they have about us. We also had Broadway Pools replace (11 June, 2014) our 28 ml liner in an in ground pool in 1 day! Cindy was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The crew worked well and did a great job. We highly recommend Broadway Pools! * * * * *

We had Broadway Pools replace a Vinyl Liner in an inground pool. The end result seems to be fine, but we had some issues. It took 7 weeks instead of the 3 weeks we were originally quoted, and due to this, we had some customer service issues. They said the issues stem from my pool being old and weather delays, but I am fairly sure our job just slipped through the cracks. Anyway, once the liner was ordered, they installed the liner at the expected pace and it looks good.

Not a Happy Customer Get everything in writing. My experience was not good with Broadway Pools. Their attention to detail on my pool was lacking. I had several experiences with the owner that were horrible. From them threatening to sue me because I filed a complaint with the BBB to having my wife insulted. There are just to many options, go elsewhere.

We recently had a vinyl liner replaced on our pool by Broadway Pools. We were thrilled with the results. Cindy and Richard were so helpful in educating us on the process. We had bought our home with the pool already installed and had no experience with vinyl pools, only traditional gunite pools. We had the work done about 6 months earlier than planned, so as to take advantage of a year end sale. We are SO happy with the pool. Broadway Pools recently installed a new vinyl liner on my 20x40 inground pool. Cindy and Richard were very easy to work with. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly. When the liner was removed the crew found much rust on the metal panels. Richard gave us a solution and it was quickly prepped and repaired for the new liner. The pool looks beautiful and my grandkids are ready to swim. Unfortunately they will have to wait until summer.

Unsatisfactory 1 star means unsatisfactory and that is simply what is being delivered by Broadway. Our pool build was a nightmare from start to finish and finish is not what happened here. We had to finish our pool build because the work done by Broadway was an absolute disaster. Anyone who wants to see all the facts its plainly in black and white and I welcome you to view it.
