His last text / email chains to us was that he lost money on our job and has refused to meet or communicate with us a resolution. Beware. Shoddy job that took 11 months to complete. I have the e-mails and texts to support all the lies and broken promises that were made by Cindy and Richard. Worst company I have ever dealt with. All I did was hire the wrong people, I was the customer and did nothing wrong. However they blamed me every time they lied and broke a promise or missed a deadline. Richard threatened and was very malicious. Beware do your research!
Beautiful Pool by Broadway Pools - Very Happy Broadway Pools just finished my pool and it is better than I ever expected. I am so excited for my friends and family, grandkids and great grandkids to visit this summer. We are going to have fund!!

Owner I am Cindy the owner of Broadway Pools, Inc and CodyT is NOT OUR CUSTOMER, HIS NAME IS NOT ON ANY OF OUR CONTRACTS, WE DON'T KNOW HIM, NEVER SPOKE TO HIM, NEVER MET HIM. I have gotten most of his reviews slandering us removed, I am working on this one. But Broadway Pools has NEVER done business with this man and we can prove it!!
I recently contacted Broadway Pools to have my in-ground swimming pool liner replaced. The service was performed exceptionally. We were blown away by the fit and quality of the product installed. As a retired military veteran, I pay close attention to detail. I highly recommend Broadway Pools. Thank you for a job well done!
Cody todd is not a customer of ours his name is on none of our contracts Mr todd lives in san francisco and we have never seen him spoke with him and his name is not on one our contracts and we can prove it. He is not our customer out company is in austin texas, not san franscisco, ca. This is what is so scary about these sites anyone can put anything about anyone under anyname and there is no burden of proof, we have the proof, he is not our customer!!!!
Sloppy work and deplorable customer service The owners of Broadway pool would rather spend their time arguing with you than fixing their mistakes. Do not use them. I posted reviews on other sites and was contacted by multiple people that had bad experiences with them as well. Don't be fooled by the bogus good reviews or their posts about how you shouldn't believe what you read on the internet. They consistently do a bad job and love to fight with their unhappy customers.
