Great place, prime rib was amazing and staff very friendly. I give them 5☆!!

This used to be our favorite place to eat in Madison. Now it is the worst. We have tried it on three different occasions-as everyone has an off day but all three visits were horrible. The service is poor, the menu has changed and each time we have been there, they have been out of half of the items we ordered. This past Saturday, the day before Mother's Day, they were out of five items on the menu, plus out of mustard, out of horseradish and it look almost 25 minutes just to get our initial drinks.
