Great meal and great service! Visiting Madison for the weekend, Kyla (sp?) took very good care of us , she was attentive and very personable, we both had prime rib which was delicious, as were our sides. We got the chocholate cake for dessert and it was FABULOUS.

We have a weekend home in Madison and enjoy coming here occasionally. The food is good but it tends to draw tourists as its an old business here. The ribs are excellent, had prime rib on a Friday night which was good although the cut was somewhat small and fatty. The owner can be too political at times which keeps me from frequenting more often.

We had a wonderful lunch today at Historic Broadway Tavern in Madison, IN! The appetizer of stuffed mushrooms was the best I've ever tasted! The mushrooms are huge and like a complete meal. We had the special fried chicken, etc., which was also great and only $5.95! This 179-year-old establishment is beautiful and the service was prompt and thoughtful.

This was the second chance. We came here first in October and were treated poorly and thought maybe it was a fluke. Well here we are again and let’s just say we served “water” in dirty sprite cups that the waitress must have assumed had water in them before. Ran out of drinking glasses, food was mediocre, and they were out of a lot of things. To top it off they had the audacity to charge us for extra ranch. Will not be coming back.

Waitress failed to serve after 45 minutes. Bars are first come first serve, that's common sense. We seated ourselves. I brought friends from out of town. We left the Fuck You note on the table. This place has gone down hill.

First time visit and last time visit. Only person that was apologetic to our service or should I say lack of was the Bartender.
